It’s always best to collect and share high-quality photos of your organization’s team, customers, leaders, experts, products, services, locations, community, etc.

 

We encourage high-quality photos. For easy file sharing, we can communicate and exchange materials via our collaboration portal, email, and Google Drive. If no photos are provided, we will use stock imagery.

What is the onboarding process for adding clients?

Our onboarding process is simple! You simply add your company’s information to our dashboard. As part of onboarding, we ask for brand assets such as logos, brand colors, and images to create original graphics that align with your preferences. We will begin creating high-quality, professional social media content for you.

 

How will we work with Axia’s social media team?

We’ll start with a strategy session to agree on your social media content plan. From there, we primarily communicate via email and check in biweekly to ensure alignment and provide opportunities for feedback. You will collaborate with our team of social media professionals, including:

  1. Lead content manager — responsible for overall strategy and content flow.
  2. Social media manager — responsible for content creation and scheduling.
  3. Social media coordinator — responsible for managing client communication.
  4. Social media copy editor — responsible for editing content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, style, flow, clarity, and more.

How do we inform Axia about our company’s upcoming events and news?

It’s very easy to keep us informed! You’ll work with our expert team, who will help you optimize your processes and manage content creation. You can submit upcoming events, promotions, or announcements (including your newsletters, flyers, and other materials) via our collaboration portal, Google Drive, Dropbox, or email. We integrate these into the content calendar. Please send us these assets and updates by the 10th for the next content cycle. 

 

Can we review content before it goes live?

Yes, of course! You’ll receive content drafts on our platform to review and approve before we publish.

 

How does Axia handle posting?

Axia manages all scheduling and publishing through Buffer or your preferred social media scheduling platform. Our clients regularly work with Cloud Campaign, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later, Loomly, Sprout Social and most social media scheduling platforms. Simply add us to your preferred platform or connect your company’s social accounts to a scheduling platform, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

How far in advance is content scheduled?

Please send us your assets and updates by the 10th for the next content cycle. We deliver our monthly content on the 20th for the following month.

How does billing work?

You simply prepay for services monthly. Contact us if you’d like to prepay quarterly for a 5% discount or annually for a 10% discount.

 

How can we pause or cancel services?

We require a 30-day cancellation notice when you buy online and a 90-day cancellation notice for custom packages.
