New capabilities, new clients, and new successes.
Thanks to you and our growing team, this has been a fantastic year for Axia Public Relations. And our third quarter is off to an incredible start!
Big things are happening at Axia as our strategic capabilities and PR agency team expand. We’re excited and gratified to share the news with you today.
New and unique capabilities
Axia’s Client Success Roadmap™
First, we improved our client onboarding process and created a Client Success Roadmap™ to ensure every new client enjoys the most profitable PR experience.
Axia’s Autocomplete SEO
We also added Autocomplete SEO, a unique feature of our firm. It uses search box optimization, a new SEO technique our agency and development team created. We can influence search engines to insert a client’s brand name as a suggestion in the search box. The client’s monthly investment is based on the monthly search volume for their desired keywords. Besides an initial reservation fee for their selected keywords, the client only pays monthly after they rank live in search suggestions. This is a no-risk, all-reward value proposition. See our explainer video below.

Before we brag about our new clients, we’re thrilled to report 100% client retention for the past nine consecutive months. And when clients leave us, 50% come back! We sense that’s because of our core values, how we live them, and our commitment to improvement.
We love our loyal clients, boomerang clients, and new clients! Speaking of new clients, here they are…

New family entertainment center franchisor
Larks Entertainment, a new franchisor of family entertainment centers, chose Axia to help boost its visibility and build its reputation.

Company response to customer data ransom
A cannabis company hired Axia to manage its global crisis communication following a ransom cybersecurity attack. Hackers stole data and threatened to release customers’ names, addresses, and order histories. Axia guided the company’s leadership in developing honest, helpful communication for their customers and the media.
University of Florida
Semiconductor manufacturing growth
Florida isn't just about tourism, oranges, and retirement homes anymore. State officials and University of Florida Electrical & Computer Engineering researchers are leading efforts to return semiconductor manufacturing jobs to the U.S. Axia is helping them tell their story.
Exciting client successes
Operation Skate
A community skate park effort helped shape an Olympic hero.
Over 20 years ago, we provided pro bono services to help Operation Skate raise awareness, support, and $500K to build a community skateboard park in Fernandina Beach, Florida. We never expected it to produce a 2024 women’s skateboarding Olympian who’s top in the nation: Poe Pinson. Read more.
Garage Living
Transforming residential garages into functional and stylish spaces
We've been crushing earned media coverage for home improvement franchisor Garage Living. Yahoo, Forbes, Orlando Sentinel, Men’s Journal, Bob Vila, Celeb Homes, International Business Times, Odessa American, Homes & Gardens, and more have featured the garage remodeling company.

Crisis response to customer data ransom
When we helped the cannabis company (above) manage its global crisis communication following a ransom cybersecurity attack, customers and industry influencers responded positively to the communications we prepared. Email open rates were high among the 780,000 recipients. Only 70 users requested to have their accounts closed, and 15 asked how much customer data the company retained. Customers posted about the email on only three web forums. No consumer or industry trade media reported the breach or the company’s response. The CEO shared, “We are all very pleased with the reactions.”
Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival
Music series on resort island enjoys sell-out concerts
The Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival had another outstanding season, including mostly sold-out concerts, after hiring Axia to manage media relations, social media, and web content for its 23rd season. Social media impressions grew more than 300% in one season after we began. We’re gearing up for the 24th season, which starts in December.
Closing thoughts
PR is more than media coverage
As you may know, smart public relations is more than media coverage. It’s about strategic communication, including thought leadership and engaging content marketing.
Leftover 2024 budgets?
Several companies have "must use by the end of 2024" marketing/PR dollars right now. If that's your situation, perhaps there's a special project you'd like to explore in Q4.
We’d be happy to help you explore these unique PR needs and more. If this interests you, let’s book a quick conversation or drop me an email.
Be well,
